The vets and staff at Air Harbor are truly one of a kind. The genuine care and professionalism they show us is outstanding. As the mother of a rescue dog who has many social issues, it was difficult to find a vet who would take the time to understand my dog and act in a way that made everything less traumatizing for her. Dr. Southard Jr. did that and so much more for my sweet pup. They are the perfect vet office for me and Daisy. With no reservations at all, I highly recommend them to anyone in the Charleston area looking for a veterinarian.

All of our dogs have been members of the Air Harbor family. We have depended on them for everything from puppy shots, annual visits, and illnesses to boarding. They excel at diagnosis and treatment of unusual conditions and the personal attention they offer every family. The entire staff makes sure you are comfortable with any treatments given as well as assuring you your pet will receive personal attention during their boarding stays. From the girls in the front office to the vet techs who handle your pet, you and your pet are welcomed with a smile and greeted by name.

Our grand dawg is a beautiful Golden Doodle who we refer to as our special needs child. Drs Sr and Jr have continually updated his treatment for food allergies, staph infections causing itching and hot spots, and ear infections. Both he and our family appreciate having him symptom free.

We recently had to put our second, elderly Shih Tzu to sleep. Both doctors worked with us to allow him a few more months of quality life with us and we appreciated every day. When the time came the entire staff comforted us from the time we walked in the door.

We recommend them highly for the care of a new pet or the transfer from another vet's office. You can be confident that your pet will be well taken care of.

The whole team here works really well together, I always leave feeling appreciated and educated about my pet and her health.
